BCBA Supervisors guide the development of behavioral case conceptualization, problem-solving, and decision-making repertoires for trainees.
The TrainABA Supervision Curriculum BCBA Reference Manual is included in our program. The Reference Manual organizes existing BACB guidelines for supervision, presenting a face sheet for each 4th Edition Task List item with headings for Definitions, Examples, Assessment, Relevant Literature, and Related Lessons. In alignment with the BACB Experience Standards, our trainees are observed working with a client in the natural environment during each supervisory period. The observation is conducted using recorded videos which are reviewed by the BCBA Supervisor during individual supervision meetings and meaningful feedback is provided.
Instant Supervisor is a month-to-month subscription. Trainees are under no obligation to complete the entirety of their supervision hours with us. In fact, we encourage our trainees to work with a variety of different BCBA Supervisors during the course of their experience. Trainees may cancel their subscription at anytime and end their supervision. We will then diligently sign all of your final verification documents before you go.

One of the primary eligibility requirements for certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst® (BCBA®) or a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst® (BCaBA®) is the completion of defined practical experience in applied behavior analysis. The BCBA/BCaBA Experience Standards: Monthly System (hereafter referred to as the “Experience Standards”) provide the necessary information for supervisors and trainees to ensure that all experience hours are compliant with the Experience Standards. At Instant Supervisor, we follow the Experience Standards with accuracy and precision in order ensure your supervision and experience hours are ethical, effective, and approved by the BACB!
"Ashley is AMAZING! I love working on my BCBA Supervision Hours with Ashley because she makes the information easy to understand. She provides great examples, visual aids, stories, advice to help me with my clients, and so much more. Ashley always goes above and beyond to make sure I learn everything I need to know to help my clients and to prepare for the BCBA exam. With her help, I know I'm making a difference in the lives of my clients and I know I will become a BCBA soon. She makes sure to always make me feel confident! "
"It has been such a pleasure to supervise Jaimi towards her BCBA certification. She is passionate about Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and always eager to learn new concepts and strategies. In addition, she goes above and beyond what is asked of her and has even participated in a program to learn all of the Registered Behavior Technician Task List and become RBT credentialed with me while working towards becoming a BCBA. Lastly, I get to learn from her. Her background in working with at-risk adolescents has brought up many new learning opportunities for me, as her supervisor, as we create Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) that meet the needs of this unique population. I am proud to be her BCBA-Supervisor and look forward to mentoring her in the months and years to come."
